The loan department with FCCU is always top of their game. They are quick, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I worked with Suzette Bordner with my last loan and she was a pure pleasure to work with. Took time out of her day to make everything work for me and my finances. I recommend FCCU to everyone. I will never go elsewhere. I am a customer for life!!!

Monica was SO helpful throughout this entire process. Always kind, and always professional. I didn’t hesitate to text or call her if I had a question because I knew she’d get back to me right away.
