As I have a been a customer with this bank for over 15 years and have great experiences until now. I transferred money into my account from Venmo a was told it went into a file and all the charges for that day went through before it went into the account. I received over 350 dollars in nfc charges. I have always had money in my account and as this was the first time I was told out of 13 they would do five returns instead of the 13.
