As I have a been a customer with this bank for over 15 years and have great experiences until now. I transferred money into my account from Venmo a was told it went into a file and all the charges for that day went through before it went into the account. I received over 350 dollars in nfc charges. I have always had money in my account and as this was the first time I was told out of 13 they would do five returns instead of the 13. Excellent service and great personal attention.
Setting up account was very good service. I was hoping to get a lower rate for my car loan. Response getting back was slow. Had to call back. I was told you determine on rate ratio to debit.the answer I got said I was upside down on my car. I don’t think it was really considered that I own my house and get SS and have a job 40 hours. Just thought explaining was short and not really looking at my application.

I got an email when I deposited my check on the 4th saying my money wouldn’t be available until the 16th. Never had this happened to me before. I will be closing out my account!
