Austin was a delight to work with! He is extremely punctual and timely. He also is very thorough. He’s been very helpful filling us in through the processes which has made this a great experience! He doesn’t pressure at all, he’s very honest and even helped in comparing rates to ensure we got the best deal. Fantastic experience I’d recommend him to anyone buying a home!

As a first time home-buyer, I had so many questions. Jeremy and Austin were always willing to go deeper into my questions so that I didn't just find answers to my questions, but I also walked away knowing about things I wouldn't have asked about. Greg and his team were very responsive and professional. This was our first time buying a home. We were able to close in about 4 weeks after our offer got accepted. Everything went smoothly from getting an appraisal to signing documents to communicating the process. Greg and his team were quick to respond to any questions we had (and we had a lot). This is my third home purchase and I thought I was being well taken care of during the first two purchases with my previous lender. I reached out to that previous lender to get an estimate for my third home purchase and I didn't get a response. He was a good lender in my refinance. I was hoping to lock in a good rate and the market was fluctuating a lot. He locked it in the day we decided. After that he was helpful and asked how he could help which was nice because my wife and I had a lot of questions.
