the First Colony Mortgage Team were all incredibly helpful from the beginning of the process to the finalization of our working with them to purchase our home in Utah. We could not ask for a better group of people to work with. my recommendation is top of the list. If you are looking for a lender to work with that is competent, efficient and relational this is the group to work. FIVE STARS +.

My husband and I just bought our first home with Shaun’s help, and despite us being in a tricky situation (to say the least) he managed to pull off an absolute miracle and we got our loan at a great rate! We looked at three other banks before we found First Colony. Debbie and her assistant Keeley are awesome and very quick to respond. Much different than our experience with other banks. We ended up getting a Better rate with less closing costs and much better customer service than bigger banks or credit unions like UCCU. I don't normally write reviews, First Colony has earned our respect and trust so we want to share with others.
