First Colony was very impressive during my entire experience with them. I needed a very quick turn-around time to get the loan for my condo, and they made it happen in just two weeks, about half of the time that anyone else even said they could. This was also my first time working with a mortgage company, and they did a great job of educating me, walking me through things, and making sure I was ready and satisfied with everything. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and sincere as well. Would definitely recommend to others.
These guys were excellent to work with. They were the preferred lender with the builder that we chose, so we went in with a more of a scrutinizing attitude. But we loved the easy and straightforward experience we got from them. Communication was excellent and they were happy to meet with us and answer additional questions as needed. TOTALLY recommend First Colony! My wife and I loved working with Brad Bailey and appreciated his constant help. He went out of his way over and over again to help us along the way and to keep us informed - even when we didn't ask for it! He was incredible and our whole experience was outstanding. We highly recommend this company!
We had a great experience with First Colony. The lender worked with our situation, made recommendations, and got paperwork finalized to meet our very tight deadline. Excellent service at a very good price. Will definitely go back again.
First Colony was amazing, Kellie Sheppard was awesome to work with. She was easy to get ahold of and walked us through everything. When we needed her she got back to us even after hours. I would recommend her to anyone.
