It is so hard to get a hold of this credit union! Every time I call, I'm on hold for a while and the couple of times that I have actually talked to someone I get transferred to an automated line that is no help to me. Very frustrating especially when you work a 9-5 job and have very limited time throughout the day to take care of things.
Awful bank. Customer service is the least of their priorities. Whenever I call it's at least an hour on hold. App is full of bugs and annoying issues that disturb my day to day.
This credit union has terrible service. I paid off my car weeks ago and they still have not released the lien on my title. The customer service is terrible. Do not do business with this credit union.! The service is awful!
I've been calling for 2days and no one picks up the phone. I don't recommend this bank or branch.
Awful awful bank. Over 15 minutes of waiting every time you call, no matter what. The services they offer are a joke. Remote check deposit doesn't work. The reps will only ever do the bare minimum. Everything you dislike about a bank is emphasized with First Credit. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. They'll only ever waste your time.
I love credit unions, but this is the worst one I've ever dealt with. I bought a car and they underwrote the loan. Ever since, I have had difficulty paying them. It sounds crazy, but they make it quite difficult to actually give them money. They will not set up autopay unless it is out of one of their own checking accounts. I don't want/need another checking account, I'm happy with the credit union I've been with for the last 15 years. Drove 20 minutes on a Saturday to find out the Tempe, and apparently all locations, are now closed on Saturdays. I've been a member for over 10 years and didn't receive any prior notification that they had begun keeping these extreme "bankers hours". Actually, closing at 5pm Monday-Thursday is worse than most banks. If you work, when exactly are you supposed to be able to use this credit union? I guess I'm supposed to take time off from work? Ridiculous and beyond inconvenient. Shame on you First Credit Union.
