This has been my favorite dentist (if there is such a thing) to visit. The staff is wonderful, Dr. Cole is very personable and knowledgeable, appointments happen very quickly and effectively, and the atmosphere is very relaxed, unlike most other dental offices! I would HIGHLY recommend to others in the area.
I have enjoyed getting to know Matt Cole and his staff. I am a new patient. He and the staff are always so helpful with questions to my questions. They are always wanting to make my experience the best possible. Dr. Cole is going to redo my crown at no charge because things are getting caught and bothering me. Dr Cole and his staff are amazing. I started using his services this year and never looked back to my previous dentist. He is consistent and asks you throughout any process if you're ok or have any questions. He even called me personally later in the day to see how I was doing after I got my crown #mydentistisbetterthanyours
The doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. The hygienist is very gentle and the doctors take time to explain everything to you. The front office staff is also very knowledgeable in how your insurance works. Great office!
A few months ago my 7 yr old broke her 2 front teeth. We called First Impressions Dentistry and they got her right in and fixed them. You can't tell she ever broke them. Great customer service and so friendly at this OKC office.
Wonderful!!! Brought my son with me and the staff was extremely accommodating for him.they were fast and very efficient. I recommend them to everyone.office is very fancy and spotless. Loved the complementary snacks and drinks.
First Impressions Dentistry has a amazing dental team!! From waiting area, to the dental chair... The staff is very professional, calming, and compassionate....I'm sad to say hadn't been to the denist in years and was very nervous about the whole visit.. Carolyn Kittell and her staff made very comfortable and gave me a Great New Smile! And look forward to my continue care with my new Dental Team at First Impressions...
As always I got a very good cleaning. I am 65 and still have all my teeth thanks to First Impressions. Excellent dental staff.
