I was a patient of Carolyn Kittel and loved it there. Loved al the staff that I dealt with Jessica and others. Today when I was needing to reschedule again due to health (a chronic illness, and dislocated C2) and an unexpected guest coming in the Receptionist was extremely rude. This had never occurred before and I am never going back. Will probably have to fight for the monies paid for two cleanings and may not get it, but I cannot believe how rude this new receptionist is. I had been with this dentist office since before they changed over. Found a new dentist due to the continual turnover with the hygienists. I have never had to pay anything besides a co-pay on cleanings, but received a call from a collection company in regards to a past due bill which I never received. When I called the staff I was told they had sent the previous bills to my address, which I never received. They can have a collection company call my place of work, but they do not have the common courtesy to contact me th... read more
