The old system If I used my card it would text me with in a few seconds the new system I'm lucky if I get it 8 hours later! The whole point of it is if someone unauthorized used my card I would be able to contact someone right away!

I overdrafted my account .87. The next day, I deposited money to cover my slight miscalculation. I was charged $34.50 in OD fees! So, I paid $34.50 in interest on an .87 loan for 24 hours! I have no idea the astronomical interest rate this is but the bank made a killing off me. I called to try to get this refunded and was told that since I overdrew in 2014, they would only give me half? Apparently they keep records of THAT but being a customer for 18 years means nothing to them. Time to find another bank!
