Can they get a slower teller to work the drive thru at the Madison Rd. branch. Every time I come here it takes her 5 to 10 minutes and I'm the only customer in line. She has one speed and it's super slow!
They charge me for over draft for checks that when in during the weekend and even I transfer the money on line it doesn't take it because is weekend or after hours so they can charge the answer was that they couldn't do refunds because wasn't a bank error
Just a little disappointed that we were not able to get some additional help with making our monthly payments a little more manageable until we get on our feet. Hard enough to call and admit defeat. Just wish companies were more willing to help out. Not saying we won't pay our bill but just need about a years worth of help.
Three ATMs in town and none of them work. Nothing but after hours recordings at the customer service phone number. Got socked a $5.00 fee because I had to use another banks ATM. Thinking I need to find a full service bank with a little better customer support (I know, its asking a lot).
This bank does not collect lien waivers for any home construction. Read you contract and know about the law on contracts. A contract means nothing Parole Law protects any signed contact. I was in a 12 year lawsuit because lien waiver were not collected by Walworth State Bank.
