I highly recommend First Ohio Home Mortgage. I worked with Beth Ann Johnson when we purchased our home in 2016 and again when we refinanced at the beginning of 2021. Dave could possibly be the nicest lender you’d ever meet. I could always text him a question whenever and he’d always respond quickly. I can definitely say he went above and beyond for us in our home buying experience!

I worked with Beth at First Ohio Home on my initial purchase in 2017 and my refinance in 2021. Beth made the purchase and refinance process much less stressful. Beth and First Ohio Home were always willing to answer even (what I thought were) the most basic, trivial or complex questions. Angie is very professional and truly cares about helping people. She bent over backwards for me to have excellent communication with me and my night shift work schedule. When I started working with her she said we will be like best friends, and she was absolutely correct. Team Bradley in Cambridge is excellent to work with.
