Chris and his team are very professional and responsive. They had worked very hard on my loan application and had kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were able to move up the closing date due to my travel plans which was very much appreciated. It was a real pleasure working with Chris and his team and I highly recommend them. Chris and his team went above and beyond to keep things in sync with everyone involved in the process. Him and his team work around the clock and Chris answers his phone and emails promptly. When you look for a lender and there are other attributes which consumers don’t get a day much which is attitude and cooperation. Chris and his team definitely meets all those specially when you are across the country trying to get a loan. Thank you Chris and team!!

Working with Tammy was like working with a friend. She explained everything to the detail I needed. Unlike working with a traditional bank, she made herself available and ensured a smooth process and outcome. It was an absolute pleasure working with her from beginning to end. We loved our experience with Shasta from the Cambridge Ohio office.... My husband and I haven't bought a house in 30 years and we were co-signing with our daughter.
