Love the updated look! It seems more organized and clean. Although I think the booths were the Tellers or agents are located are a bit too open. I mean don't they discuss private information such as social security numbers, backnaccount numbers, balances or whatever business is being conducted. Just my opinion.
The virtual teller experience has got to go. We deposited checks into someone else's account and apparently they had taken the image from them. The teller ended the conversation without saying goodbye. The checks did not appear in the account. Now we have to pay $32 for overdraft to the account holder. Could we please bring back the face to face experience??? Businesses try to go "modern" in order to save from paying employees, but it ends up being worse for everyone involved.
The FaceTime option for meeting with a real person to help me with an unusual process was so very helpful. The professionals working that job were great. Communication with First Light was far superior to my experience with the local credit union.
Applied for a loan online and less than 24 hours, Alondra called me to verify my information and went over other information needed to complete the process. The same day, she called back to tell us that we were approved. YES, that fast!! The whole process was easy and fast. I totally recommend FirstLight FCU due to their professionalism, accuracy and care for their members.
I went to get a cashier check and I have 3 accounts I want to close the one I have more money to make the cashier check and I couldn't. The representative withdrawl from my checking account and the saving and deposit in my other aving account without my permission.. so my other 2 accounts was 0 balance.. so I told her I don't want that. She fixed and cancel all transactions Finnally she make my cash check. And I had to have 5 dollar balance on that savings account. and I don't know why the bank cant close 1 account to have... read more
