I have always been treated very courteously and professionally at the Branch I go to closest to my home which is located on North Zaragoza. I recall I was not very comfortable with the virtual computers until then Manager, Nancy, took the time to explain how they operate and how easy it is to cancel a transaction if I have made a mistake.
