Everything is always so difficult. When there is a problem no one can ever do anything to help due to all the policies in place. I’ve considered moving to another bank.

My wife and I bought her a new car. At no point were we told that we needed a savings account as well as the auto loan. FCU then decided it was a great idea to open one in our name in June. Since we had no recollection of a savings account, or the minimum balance required, they closed our account with a $10 negative balance and sent the account to collections.
