The employee who worked me was excellent. My problem is that I do not like the requirements that insist upon using my first name. I do not use that moniker. My account with First Mark is under Wayne. I should have gone through a name change process years ago. My preference is to have the CD account under the name that I use.

My experience with Frederickdsburg’s First Mark credit union, was Absolutely Excellent!! I had a lot of questions and concerns given the financial crisis and Josephine was so pleasant and joyful to sit down with. She was very professional and knowledgeable about NMCU’s products and services offered ( low rates) she also made my experience feel nostalgic!! Thank you Jasmine!!
