As a member of your financial institution for many decades, l walked out of your Fredericksburg branch feeling ever so slighted. Went in to deposit a large sum of money from another bank into your bank for what I thought was a 5.75 CD for 8 months, but in calculating the paperwork I received found it to come out to be less at the end. Now l am stuck with this situation and very disappointed, almost like “bait and switch”.
