This is my second time in the last 7 months to set up CD’s with the bank. I have worked with the same gentleman in both situations. I should have got his name, but overlooked getting it. His patience’s and detail to my questions was appreciated. I always appreciate the customer service of the people that take care of my needs.

Excellent service; learned about a new service.
I needed to create a new share account and could not do it on the FMCU app. Also, needed to add a member-to-member transfer account. Came in and a bank associate took care of it. It took him a bit but he got in done. The floor supervisor was also helpful and has been in the past.
Alex Hernandez was great helping me open a checking & savings account.
We were assisted greatly in setting up an account for my daughter to start saving. The bank representative handle my precocious kids with ease.
Alice was just so great and explained everything so well and thoroughly. Made it very easy and felt very comfortable and welcomed in opening our account.
There was no wait time. My service representative was courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to all my concerns and requests. As a former teacher. I gave him an “A+”
