I was able to get a consult, for a second opinion, very quickly. I explained my issue and the nurse practitioner used a scanner to determine the extent of the issue. This had not been used with me before with the 1st surgeon I went to. It showed my issue. I asked if my other arm could be scanned and it was as well. The use of this tool impressed me and convinced that my issue was serious enough to warrant surgery. I was able to schedule the surgery before I left the office. The entire staff stayed beyond their normal work time to treat me. Everyone was cordial and helpful. X-rays were taken, options discussed, and I was immediate referred for a splint . I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Fitzmaurice urgent care.

Super nice and informative about my hand issues. X-rays/ultrasound confirmed diagnosis. I requested a steroid injection for initial relief of carpel tunnel until surgery decision. Discussed surgery options and given detailed handouts about surgical procedures. Seen by HP Heather who was assisted by Shea. Left with feeling of confidence of examination.
