I had a phenomenal experience! From the receptionist to Bree who took my initial info, and then to Heather Weiszhaar, the lead nurse practitioner—wow! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and personable. Heather took her time to explain what my hand pain was coming from, and what options I could consider for treatment. She did the X-ray right there and gave me a cortisone shot. The experience was fantastic! Her demeanor, knowledge, and skills were impressive!
As an aging nurse with multiple orthopedic issues from OA, I was treated with respect and proficient care at the Institute. Enjoyed discussing the plan of care with Dr. Madden as we reviewed my x-rays together. Took injections for palliation, but will plan for surgeries in the future.
I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kambeyanda, the Hand Surgeon, during my recent finger surgery. We were able to get in within a day or two not like our regular orthopedic guy. Diagnosis was quick and gave us a few options for treatment.
Great experience good vibes..they were happy to be at work..came across as professional and experienced..did what needled whoops I meant needed to be done to my Viking hand .. sprayed hand with freeze but I still felt that needle..who knew a needle in bunched tendons in your hand would send a sensation into the palm of your hand..lol.. going back for a second one
