This place is a restaurant with a large bar area. When we arrived a bit after 1 pm, we were seated reasonably quickly. Then it took quite some time before a waitperson showed up to take drink orders. It took so long that I was actually considering leaving. This is the sole reason why my rating isn't higher. Once our waitperson arrived, the service was fine. This is truly a destination restaurant, thioughtfully conceived and professionally executed. We haven't been for a while but pass by frequently. The number of cars in the parking lot indicates that we aren't the only ones who appreciate this place. We've been to 5-4 a bunch of times, and every time Presley has waited on us, she's been great. She's always friendly, checks on us, and makes sure we have everything we need without being all over us. She's easy to talk to, has a great personality, and just makes the whole experience better. First time in... Stop by for a quick lunch. My selection was the blackened chicken, Caesar salad and a unsweetened iced tea. The salad itself was average fare - I apologies. I'm staying here on a business trip staying across the street. I had the flat iron steak and Cynthia my server suggested the painkiller, which was absolutely delicious. Service was great. Food was great. And the ambience was great.

This place isn't horribly bad. It could be a lot better, but unfortunately, they cannot seem to hire the right staff. There were approximately six parties in the entire restaurant and my drink went dry a couple times. We ordered the simplest things on the menu and while they were good, I just feel like they need to stop hiring kids that just don or get service. I stopped by for dinner and grabbed a cozy spot by the fireplace, which was definitely a highlight. We ordered the rib plate and nachos, but unfortunately both missed the mark.
