Nice new restaurant in Cedar Park! You can sit in the dining area for a little more upscale dining or the bar area for a more casual experience. They have shuffle boards and pickle ball courts as well. Mom got the chicken avocado grill sandwich with adult mac and cheese and I got the chicken fried chicken with brussel sprouts. Huge portions! We took most of our food home. We will definitely share next time!
Always fun to try out a new spot. On top of its extensive menu, 54th Street has a spacious bar area, outdoor patio seating, golf simulators, pickleball, and corn hole outside. The best word to describe the experience was very mediocre. The place was packed, which is always a great sign, but taking into account it's still novel to the area. I will say the menu had a lot of good options from sandwiches, salads, pasta, and standard American dishes. The menu gives BJ Brewhouse vibes, a bit of everything. We started with the tater tots, which were amazing! I had the chicken fried chicken w mashed potatoes and the cheddar biscuit, alll of which were delicious. My daughter had the regular club and my hubs the Havana club. All were great! I would recommend trying this place, and I would visit again despite the bad service. The food was great and the pricing is about what you'd expect from this area. They serve Coke products here and I'd rate the food 5 stars. Locations will have growing pains, but your staff should know the menu pretty well before setting them out to serve.. We did the online waitlist and were seated right away despite the super crowded parking lot. We were pleased with the fun vibe inside. I ordered the Champagne Margarita; however, i was told they ran out of the champagne for this drink. We both ordered the Margarita Mezcal on the rocks. They were okay but a bit on the sour side. Great experience from the greeting at the door, to the Manager helping out by bringing water to my table while the server was busy, to the excellent service from Della (sp?) to the awesome food. It was so good we even went back for lunch in the same week. Service from Presley (sp?) at the bar to the soup and sandwich were perfect. The atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable.
