RecommendedI have nothing but Positive things to say about this company. From how Professionl everyone is to how quick any and all Maintenance issues are handled. I've rented from them for 3 years now and currently on a 2 more year lease.
They had 2 things fixed for me pretty quickly. They have texting and computer payments available. They have a local location with human staff. Staff are friendly.

This is our second year with Five Star. They are the best. We have had very view issues, which they took care of right away.
I am renewing a one year lease next month. I am so glad they do an inspection as it shows they care about all their tenants happiness with their home and surroundings and neighbors. I had a plumbing issue and it was fixed by a very capable and cheerful plumber. Nothing is better than a tenant who is happy with the landlord and a landlord who is happy with the tenant.
