Weird that this has a high rating?? YELP has 1 star!! Do NOT put money on hold for a place!! If you are not approved you won’t get it back!! I waited the week per their policy….after the week they “refunded” the deposit and recharged me for it!! When I asked why he said he’d ask the bank and then nothing!! I have tried emails and calls to Garret and nothing!! Do not give them a deposit and read the YELP reviews!
