Since I last reviewed, I used FL-Air a couple of more times, one time for replacing an existing old unit. While the initial installation went through well, we did run into a situation where the unit was not sufficiently cooling. Upon bringing the issue to their attention, the very next day they dispatched sent the same tech who initially did the job to resolve the issue.
