I have using Fl-Air for many of my ac needs for a few years and they are responsive and easy to deal with. The most reason incident was for my condo where I had a cooling issue. Brandt, the tech understood my situation and very professional in diagnosing the problem and working with his supervisor to provide with some good options. I will continue using them for all my ac needs.Ā

We have been intermittently losing power to our unit but lacked the expertise to diagnose or address this ourselves. With the recent hot weather it was time to resolve the problem as it was clearly not going away. We were able to make an appt at night for first thing the next morning which was great.
