Verified Renter This is a quiet and peaceful place to live, the office and maintenance staff is magnificent, for me there are only two negative points: the parking lot (which is not enough, especially if you arrive late at night) and the smell of marijuana which It has escalated to a level that for me is already unbearable, the building and its facilities are in excellent condition, but for these two inconveniences, I would say that Flat 170 is an excellent place to live.
