Home Sweet Home I have really enjoyed my living experience at Flats 170 at Academy Yard. The property manager is Buzzuto. This was my first time living in one of their communities. They truly give 5 star service. If green, energy efficient living is important to you this is the perfect community for you.
New beginnings at Flats170 In search of a new apartment I turned into Flats170. Wanting a new start and a beautiful atmosphere I quickly moved in. I'm def not disappointed...I love the apartment, amenities, and great neighbors. I have started a family here and they will forever be on my top list of apartments. It's great because they have community events and everyone loves to get together and hang out at pool. You won't go wrong with flats 170
Verified Renter Awful living condition. Don't be deceived by outside appearance. Some buildings has carpet in hallways and others have awful looking I don't know what to call. Yet you pay the same amount of rent as the buildings with carpet. Dumpster Fire is what this complex is. Don't let the devil fool you. You are told that gas is calculated by individual unit. Verified Renter Poor customer service in many areas. Residents don’t abide by non-smoking regulations. Changes need to be made asap, I used to love living here. But the changing of management has really made this place deteriorate significantly.

Verified Renter Flats170 is a pleasant enough community, but the quality of stewardship has declined drastically since Bell Partners bought the building.
Verified Renter Not a recommended place to live. Too expensive for too little, safety here has gone down hill, parking is a nightmare.

Verified Renter The community has a good location, however it was recently bought by Bell Partners and things have gone downhill since the new ownership.
Beware We’ve lived at flats 170 for 3.5 years. Up until recently the only complaint we’ve really had was the lack of parking. A month ago however, we were woken up to a dog barking above us and it has reoccured every morning ever since. When the dog isn’t barking their owner is stomping around making noise. We’ve tried to contact the leasing office multiple times to see if they could help rectify the situation and nothing was done. We finally had enough and decided to move someplace else.
