She was very nice and explained everything well. I felt the overall experience could have been a little more professional but I feel she did a good job. I guess in a couple of weeks we will see more results.

10.15.19 Great experience. Felicity is kind, considerate. She'll take time to explain process, procedure. I recommend so far; I'll have my 2nd treatment this week. She recommends weekly treatment until hairs in various growth stages are zapped. I've done years of laser in the past with mostly good results but I am Indo-Pak; my hair growth is persistent. Electrolysis should be more permanent.

She was very thorough and explained everything before the procedure. She also emailed before and after care instructions. She made sure I was happy with the procedure and had me check for any additional hairs that she might have missed. I look forward to seeing a reduction of facial hair. Thank you
