Felicity was really sweet. She did a great job and quick, too! Pain was minimal. I'm excited to see how well the treatments go. I've been plucking for years and I'm so over it!
Great customer service and clean
Only met with Felicity for a consultation. Office was clean, however she was a few minutes late and way overshared about her personal life throughout the consultation. While I empathize with her situation, I'm just not confident in her ability to focus on her clients at this time.
My experience was not horrific but I have a few complaints. I paid for an hour electrolysis treatment and received maybe 15 minutes, when I got home and took a good look in the mirror I found that Felicity didn't complete the treatment at all. I could see many hairs left behind. It also seemed that either she didnt get enough sleep or was on some kind of medication that made her very drowsy. I am a very easy person to please but this place left me unsatisfied and disappointed. I will not be going back.
Please do your research about Felicity Barnes the girl who owns this company. She is NOT CERTIFIED and is only a student. My face has been scarred because of it! Beware!!! Be careful!!
