I appreciate the speed we were able to move. I appreciate the willingness to work during vacation time. She could have refused to do so. Things I think could be better: I think after the first offer is accepted, it would be handy to have a list of documents (with a 5 word summary) that I will receive to be signed. It helps the signee keep track of what has been completed I would also like to receive documents from 1 resource, though I don't know how difficult that would be.
