RecommendedOur contractor recommended I go see Diane at Floor and Decor and I was quite happy with the experience. She helped me find some good options based on the very limited design opinions I had. When I went back in to order, she helped me track down the last remaining boxes of what I needed in the Houston area so that I would have sufficient tile to complete the job. Polite, thorough and pleasant to work with.

Hy husband and I just bought a new home (retirement home for us) so everything we are trying to accomplish is pretty much long term on a budget! I went shopping today with my mother in law and had a fantastic experience. We were helped by an employee named Salgado who went above and beyond to take care of our flooring needs. He ensured we had all of the materials we needed, spoke to my contractor (who was spanish speaking), and followed through our transaction from beginning to end to make sure we were well taken care of.
