Remodeling a bathroom and wasn’t sure how to put the tiles together. Spoke with Karen about someone to help me design and she said that normally an appointment is needed and they were with someone at the time. Karen came back and found me about five minutes later and explained that she was fairly new to the design aspect, but was in training if I would be willing, she would like to help me. Of course I said yes, and she did an excellent job helping me put tiles together and a combination of colors ideas. Thank you, Karen!

Found everything we needed and the person that helped was so patient and knew the product well. The only thing when it was time to pick it up we waited for about an hour. Even then, the guys who loaded the tile were very nice.

Let me just say, Anthony is a SUPER STAR employee! He was amazing to work with, and very knowledgeable! After being affected by Hurricane Harvey, we went everywhere (including other floor/decor locations) to find something we liked. For some reason, we decided to check out the 45 location, and I am so glad we did! Anthony stuck with us throughout our entire trip. We ended up finding the perfect tile/laminate/grout/mortar for our home. I can't explain how pleasant our trip was, thank you Anthony and Floor/Decor!!
Sonja at this location helped us TREMENDOUSLY!!! Our flooring job was halfway done when it was realized we didn't have enough flooring. Our floor wasn't carried anymore and she helped us track down a new floor. She had to call 3 or 4 different stores to get the 1,300 sq ft that we needed!!! We both gave her a BIG hug!!
