Worst customer service ever. They do not follow thru with anything even after the Brandon store called and asked to have someone hold items. Nothing was do one. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone
Purchased new floor tiles today. Tom was very helpful. He had to get on a ladder and go thru boxes to find the right color grout to match my new tile. WAY TO GO TOM!!!!
I drive all the way to Lakeland from Winter Park to get materials that Orlando floors decor says they have. Now Lakeland says I have to drive all the way to Sanford store. What a waist of 6 hrs on my day off. Idiots must work here.
The absolute worst place to shop at. Went there 3 times twice recieved no help even though people were paged and the time I received help the guy tried to push the most expensive stuff on me. Will never go here again or reccomened this place to anyone. #FloorAndDecorSucks
