The customer service was terrible today. We purchased flooring and when my husband went to install it, many pieces were not made properly. They would not lay right when attempting to install. We went to the store to explain the situation and the guy rudely suggested my husband didn’t know what he was doing! He’s only been in this business 15 years mind you. Supposed to be open till six today, but close at 3 PM for inventory. We drove an hour and a half to get here! There was no information about them closing early anywhere online! Horrible...

they have no problem taking your money, when you buy something but they won't expect any returns at the moment don't understand Why?

I would normally say this is a great store because we shop alot here. But I went to pay with my husbands debit card which I have done in every store in my area with no problem but this time the cashier Patty was rude and snatched the card telling me I couldn't. I said he is in the bathroom she saod then ill suspend it til he gets here. First off it's my husbands debit card which a pin is used for. Second a credit card you id for a debit card has a pin.
