The owner, Michael is knowledgeable about his products, came out personally to measure for flooring and delivered the wood himself. He is always available to answer questions and lend a hand. When we struggled to match the wood floor vents to the wood floor color, he recommended a professional (Austin) who did a marvelous job. He offers superior customer service that you won’t get at most places.
