I needed just one box of tile and they made sure I had it within 3 hours, even though they did not have this color in stock, Thanks what great service.
I was searching for tiles for my new house and found exactly what I wanted at flooring galaxy. Selina even helped me with the layout.
I had a couple of area rugs that did not fit my rooms when I moved, so I brought them into the flooring galaxy and they custom cut and rebound these rugs so I could use them again. They promised one week and had them ready within three days.

I did not realize that the flooring galaxy sold more than carpet, but when I went in I seen a great selection of tile, carpet squares and luxury vinyl flooring what a nice surprise with excellent customer service.
I drive by this store everyday and finally stopped in, the store is not what it appears from the outside. They have way more selection than I thought they would.
Went to flooring galaxy and the carpet tile selection was great and their prices where more than fair.
Wow, what a great place to shop for carpet. I was able to get a nice carpet they even installed it the next day.
I just had a 2-day flooring job done through Flooring Galaxy. It took awhile to get from original bid to signing the contract (my fault), but they started the work within a week and did a great professional job. The 'labor force' were 2 really nice guys who were flexible and helpful with keeping my 2 dogs out of the area that was being worked on...they had to tear up 2 layers of vinyl sheet flooring & the subfloor and then put down a new subfloor and nice vinyl tile that looks like slate...they even laid the tile on the diag... read more
