I love my new floors. Donnie Lail helped me and he went above and beyond his job description. I was under a deadline to get my floors done before new furniture arrived and he called the factory to get the shipping worked out. Charlie was my installer. He removed glued down floors and installed the new floors in 4 days!! I highly recommend them!!
I had Luxury vinyl plank flooring put in my home last week. I love it!!! Its the best decision i ever made. I worked with Cynthia, and she was amazing, very friendly and great in helping me pick the right style and color. We also picked great carpet to make area rugs. Charlie was my installer and he was awesome. Very perfessional, and cared so much about getting it perfect. I highly recommend this team. I will use them again and recommend to my friends and family. After a few estimates we decided on using Flooring Plus. Our friends had used them and their floors were very nice. Roberto, Umberto, and Victor did an amazing job. This was a major renovation. All the existing flooring were to be removed. This included ceramic tile, glued down oak, and carpeting.
