I recently decided I wanted a tile backsplash for my kitchen. I had dealt with Flooring Plus years ago for flooring and was very pleased so decided to go there to discuss my dream backsplash. Cynthia Holcombe met me as I walked in the door and she was fabulous. She listened to what I wanted and we went from there and found the perfect tiles. We had our new LVP installed this week and it has made such a difference in our home. What we loved just as much as our new floor is working with Cynthia and Charlie. Cynthia was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Our installer, Charlie, was very professional, kind, punctual, and a VERY hard worker. He did a wonderful job installing our floor and took great care to move our furniture and appliances with care as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and we will use them again for our future projects.

We'd like to give a higher rating! Cynthia Holcomb exceeded our expectations when we first began talking to her. We had trouble finding the carpet selection we needed to make a number of area rugs. She was so professional and closed our "deal" within an hour. We had been to so many other carpet/flooring stores without any success. She was so professional and helpful. We also were able to interact with Joe, who did the binding. He was first class as well! We are very pleased and we will return for another carpet one day soon.

Flooring Plus was recommended by a neighbor, and they were as good as advertised. Cynthia was great in the showroom with the tile selection process and the in-home measuring and estimate. “Charlie” was not only a great installer but friendly and polite. I am very pleased with our new kitchen and foyer floors.

I am so very impressed with the service and professionalism of the rep, Joel, who I dealt with on a constant, regular, and on-going basis! He is patient, kind, and offers helpful suggestions, and knowledgeable information.Wonderful working with him! Flooring Plus replaced old carpet on a penthouse balcony with new tile. They did an outstanding job. I have never seen a harder worker than Charlie. He was on time, neat and clean. The balcony looks gorgeous! I highly recommend this company!

Cynthia was great to work with and I love all the selections you have..... if you can’t find what you want here it doesn’t exist . My only other comment would be I did not feel the outfit receptionist had on was appropriate work place attire.

Once we made the selection, we had new LVT floorig in no time. Don was easy to work with, and the installers were quick and efficient. They did a great job, and are very highly recommend!

Isaac installed the tile in our new shower and can I say what an awesome job he did...very nice young man and very professional..He cleaned up behind himself and except for the new tile, you would ever know he was here..I very highly recommend him👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
