Last week, the FloorMax carpenter replaced our staircase railings for both the stairs going upstairs and the stairs going to the basement in our Rockville townhouse. He worked for 3 days cutting and shaping the wood. The result is an amazingly excellent result. He put railings on both sides of our stairs, exactly the way we wanted. We worked with Mr. Bagha to replace carpeting on our second level and install hardwood on two sets of stairs and the service he provided was outstanding. Mr. Bagha patiently walked us through lots of different flooring options for both jobs and we never felt any pressure to choose a particular brand.
