I went to FloorMax for the first time bc it was recommended to me and it was close to our home in White Flint. I worked with salesman, Sam, who was very helpful and continued to be throughout the process. Given the supply chain issues of late, I appreciated his regular updates on our install. Thanks to Sam at the Rockville branch and a professional and careful installation team, we are thrilled with our new carpeting and flooring. Sam was both truly helpful and wonderfully patient as we narrowed our choices, and his follow-up from order to installation was terrific.
I have worked with Sam and Rafi on numerous projects in my home now. Sam has been my main project manager and is a pleasure to work with. He is very personable and very professional and gets the job done. The on site installation guys are also fantastic. They were very clean - thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job - and very efficient, especially with the carpet install, it seemed like they were in and out! I would definitely recommend Sam and his team and would use them again!
Recently we had the carpet in our family room replaced with vinyl planks. We dealt with Sam Bagda of the North Bethesda Floormax. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with his suggestions of all the choices available to us. He also provided important advice on how to prepare our room for the installation. Rafi’s Team did an outstanding job replacing our closet doors. They were efficient and ever so professional. Rafi was extremely responsive and the team paid excellent attention to all details and I give them a rating of 110%. Will definitely call on them again for my house projects!
Mr Bagha was great!! I spoke with another company and decided quickly to work with Mr Bagha at Floormax. The installers lead one also named Sam were professional and efficient . I love my new floor. I appreciated Mr Bagha’s honesty and I appreciated that he was knowledgeable but not pushy!!
Our experience with the Floormax team in Laurel, MD, could not have been better. We met first with Bob, a Product Manager, who walked us through the various options for replacement carpeting in our sunroom and family room, based on the needs we discussed. I just had some carpet replaced with Bill Lamperi and his team. They did an amazing job. We needed our carpets replaced quickly and had hoped to go through another major chain that offered free installation. However, when we got to scheduling the installation, they could not accommodate us as quickly as they promised. We called Bill in a panic and he was able to fit us in in less than a week- and for the same price as the other company who offered "free installation" (Clearly it wasn't free).
