Les Charapp was our representative and he did an outstanding job with helping us get everything we wanted and the installation crew was amazing professional and courteous and definitely knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job !
My most recent experience with Floormax rates a score of 5 out of five. We have previously had them install our kitchen floor, living room/dining room flooring, stairs, and hallways flooring in 2015. With an excellent experience at that time, we returned to them to have our carpets replaced in 3 different bedrooms in 2018, 2019, and 2020. My experience with FloorMax in Laurel has been excellent. I just moved into a house in Laurel in October. Everything had been renovated except the basement and laundry room. I spoke to Mr. Knox at the store and he showed me some in stock carpet and vinyl plank flooring. He was very helpful, I’m a widow and don’t know much about flooring 🤣. WOW!!! is the one word to describe our experience with Floormax Germantown. One stop shop, perfect installation and excellent customer service. We wanted it to be done before Christmas and on a weekend and Eddie and Samuel were so accommodating and did a wonderful job overall.
Eddie did a fantastic job and a great representative from FLOORMAX in Germantown. MD. This is the second job I had Eddie manage. The first job was for my 4-bedroom house in Germantown where he installed a beautiful hardwood floor for my second floor.
