I ordered backsplash tile from floorzz.com and could not have had a better experience. They were very communicative throughout the ordering process, and my tile was delivered 2 days after placing my order. All of the pieces arrived packed very well and not one was broken. I would absolutely use this company again.

Incredible customer service! Crissie and Jamie were so wonderful to work with! Our local flooring store wanted to charge us double the amount per sq ft for the LVP we were interested in. We reached out to the Floorzz team and received a response within a few hours with a quote we were happy with. We were nervous about ordering flooring online, since we weren't local to the area, but the Floorzz team was incredibly helpful and communicative about our order and throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Floorzz customer service was Superb! Thank you Tela for your quick responses. Order tile backsplash for my kitchen. Received tile 3 days after shipped. Promised within 14 days. So thrilled we got in 3 days. Below is a picture but it is not grouted yet. It was packed very well. I was nervous we would receive them with cracks.
I was undecided on which tile to buy and left my selection in my "cart" as I did more research at other sites. The next day I was contacted by the owner asking if I needed help with it and she was able to beat the price of her competitors. The tile arrived quickly (in 2 days!) and the delivery driver was such nice guy -putting the pallet into my garage & out of the way. The tile itself is beautiful!
