I would not do business with Floorzz. The experience was far less than what I expected and the response from ownership was really suprising. There are lots of options. Choose another one for your flooring needs.

We have reached out to resolve any issues with this customer who wanted a refund for a product that he received and threatened to leave a bad review if we did not provide one. Unfortunately, since his order was received within the time frame promised and in tact, we could not issue a refund. He opted to leave a bad review on platforms to slander our name.
