I called FL Garage Door Pros for the first time and wonder why I waited so long. Ray was the technician and he was all a company and brand would want as a representative. Ray was prompt, courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, informative and helpful. His inspection and service were thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. He did not use high pressure sales tactics. He more than delivered excellent service. I will use Florida Garage Door Pros again!
