I called this morning to schedule maintenance on our garage door. The secretary set up an appointment for tonight. Shortly after, Phill got ahold of me and said he was in the area and could be here in 15 minutes. He showed up and went over everything with me and then provided a basic service at an amazing price. The technician was tremendous. He was very knowledgeable. While other companies said my opener couldn’t be repaired, your rep thought it could. He preceded to open the compartment that houses the fly wheel and belt, and found the belt had fallen off the fly wheel which became loose due to a loose screw. He corrected the situation quickly and the garage door opener worked like new. Because he knew what to look for, he saved me approximately $350.
