We are unable to print any e-mail, or use symbols for bold, italics, etc. Can someone advise what we can do to correct?

The printer problem has reoccurred You said I just needed to turn my phone off to reset and the connection to my printer would be fixed if this occurred again. The problem is back (unable to print) and your remedy is not effective. I am expecting a "free redo." As soon as you can schedule I would be grateful. 239-293-0806. P Gladdys
