While Alexis Montero did a good job of cleaning my computer, the one repair I asked him to make did not turn out well. I asked that he figure out why I kept getting messages from Dell's Support Assist telling me to install a driver when I had installed it at least 6 times. Whatever he did, my Support Assist app will no longer work. I have contacted Dell and they will hopefully help me get it fixed.
Charged 135.00 for help that didn’t fix the problem. Had to get someone else to fix the printer problem Feel 135.00 an hour is ridiculous for a problem that u couldn’t fix. First time I was ever disappointed with your company.
