From the moment you open the office doors, the staff at Floss treat you, like you are the STAR. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They go out of their way to ensure that every child feels special and enjoys their visit. Because of this, they are able to take something as mundane and dreadful like a trip to the dentist and turn it into something the children (and I :-)) look forward to. We have been going to Floss for the past 2 years and we couldn’t be happier. My children are actually excited when they get to go to the dentist. We also use Floss as our orthodontist and the staff has been nothing but supportive, informative, and patient with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend this practice.
The staff is amazing from the front checkin to the hygienists and dentists. I really appreciate the care and genuine kindness you give my boys. I’ve never experienced a medical office as great that shows compassion and knows how to communicate so well with my 2 and 5 year old and with the parents as well!
Floss Dentistry for Children & Adolescents is the best! Dr. Garza and his team care a great deal about all their patients and do everything possible to make children feel comfortable. From the time you arrive for your appointment to the time you leave, you and your children are in great hands! They do an excellent job of explaining the purpose of each tool so that even the youngest child understands what is happening. Our appointments are always on time and quick! We wouldn't go anywhere else!
WE LOVE FLOSS DENTISTRY!!! My little guy couldn’t wait to get home and brush his teeth....yet again! His experience was so amazing and he usually hates brushing. He told all his little friends this morning at daycare all about it. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond for us.
