Floss Dentistry is the best Pediatric dental practice our family has ever experienced. The proof of this has been my once resistant, scared child when it came to Dental visits, goes willingly & happily to see Dr. Garza & his staff. I also greatly appreciate this Practice's efficiency & helpfulness in dealing with Dental Insurance. Thank you all !
My son was there for a cleaning. Our experience was not as pleasant as usual at your office. The Dental Hyginiest who served my son was rude, unprofessional and had no bedside manners. She should know that she is serving children and have empathy for them. The visit with the Dr. Carlos was excellent as always. He is caring, profesional and very knowledgeable.
Can't say enough good things about our experiences at this office. My child is very scared of the dentist & Dr. Garza/staff are so very patient with him.
Staff is always pleasant when you walk in and Emma gets great service.
Ella (2 years old) had a great experience at Floss dentistry. Their office is kid friendly and the staff are patient and kind with the children. Our wait time was a little long, but I knew those as because the dentist was treating another child with special needs who required more attention, and I appreciate that the staff was apologetic and accommodating to my family while never complaining about the situation or the other child.
Our son has always been severely anxious and scared of going to the dentist. We have tried several different dentists in the past without success, but he did great with Floss Dentistry from the very first visit. Dr. Garza and his staff are great and have been a life saver for us. Our son has become very comfortable in a dental environment and his appointments have gone much more smoothly as a result. We are very happy with our experience at Floss and will be sure to recommend them to other families.
It was my first checkup and cleaning, and I loved it! Holly was so nice and took great care of me, showing me how the chair worked and making sure I wasn't nervous. I liked when she took care of my teeth. The dentist Dr. Carlos was so funny and nice. I loved going to the dentist!
